To find , 2 rear wheels , ouch , needed 1 front and 1 rear , BUGGER

The wheels are staggered , meaning the front is @ 1 inch smaller in across the flats from the back , so 2 rears is about as good as being up the dirty creek in a barbed wire canoe !!

The main reason we use these race wheels ???

Is because they are CHEAP , the oem wheels that the car comes with are almost $4,000 EACH , ouch , the race ones are $250 , so we had no choice but to run the oem original wheels – and risk the damage $$$

The other reason is that they get gravel rash and Knicks and Scratches or as in last round , BENT , so the challenge was how can we protect the oem wheels from the aforesaid ?

I’ve seen a product being touted as a new and wonderful way of coating things , it’s plastic dipping them , so what the heck , a few coats of this might help avoid any small bumps and grinds , now pls come with me on the journey to use this product (sold in spray cans much like paint) and not get it everywhere ?

<a This is when you find that SCI DIY is almost impossible with my level of injury ? Being that I have no core meant I had to fold my body in half and rest it on my knees , with only the use one hand at a time , DOH the metric of success for this coating they say is too use as many coats as possible ? (Nice marketing model the more you use the more you BUY ???) anyway despite the FRUSTRATION of trying to hold things with one hand while the other holds onto the chair and then the wait between coats up to an hour or 2 , it took the best part of 2 LONG (17 hour) and WEARY days , the end result was pleasing and reckon I did about 7 coats OUCH 😉

Again at every stage I was confronted with just how hard the simplest DIY things can be when you have only function for 2 arms , a head and no core , some moments I believe that , I might have screamed a few superlatives , wait ? Yes I for sure did , but I got it done and pray we come home without any wheel damage ;-):-)

NEXT ??? Coming Right Up :-):-)
